My friend Frank describes why we need chaos and change:

  Personally if I wake up in the morning and I already know what the
  day will be like, and the week, and the month, chances are good that
  I'll not actually get out of bed that day, as I'll not see a reason
  to do so.

  Take away adventure, discovery and chaos ... and I will unwillingly
  welcome depression, lethargy, and apathy.
