How completely not surprising that the definition of control is so long.

The current world wide web is a confusing interaction between those with historical control and those who are gaining. A technical elite is attempting to wrest control from long term publishers while those publishers are attempting to aggregate resources to themselves to maintain control.

In either case the individual is lost as the already powerful seek to maintain their power. Knowledge evolutionists seem to think that full_hypertext can grant additional power to the individual. That remains to be seen: those with control have a remarkable way with keeping it.
